Only one season has ever banked the full $250,000. Season 1 hit the cap, and no cast since has come within $29,000 of it.

Two players have taken the entire fund alone, both of them Traitors who were never voted out: Cirie Fields in Season 1 and Rob Rausch in Season 4.

The scoreboard is even at two seasons each, but only one side has ever gone back to back. The Faithful took both Season 2 and Season 3.

The biggest winning group is four. Season 3 ended with Dolores Catania, Dylan Efron, Ivar Mountbatten and Gabby Windey splitting $204,300, about $51,075 each.

Nobody has ever gone home in episode 1. Every season opens with arrival and the selection of the Traitors, and the first elimination always lands in episode 2.

No recruited Traitor has ever won. Every player who accepted the offer mid game was later banished, except one who withdrew before the vote could reach him.

Dorinda Medley has been murdered in two different seasons: episode 2 of Season 3, and again in episode 9 of Season 4.

Kate Chastain played twice and switched sides. She was banished as a Faithful in Season 1, then came back, took the recruitment offer in Season 2, and was banished again.

Season 4 introduced a Secret Traitor, hidden even from the other Traitors. Donna Kelce was banished in episode 3, the earliest exit any Traitor has had.

The prize fund has never landed on the same number twice: $250,000, then $208,100, then $204,300, then $220,800.

A quiet night is normal. Across four seasons there have been seven rounds where the Traitors killed nobody, either by choice or because a shield got in the way.

Season 2 holds the only completely still round in the show's history. Episode 7 passed with no murder and no banishment at all.

Finales are a bloodbath. Three of the four have banished more than one player in the closing sequence, and two of them banished three.

Season 2 was the first time the Faithful caught every last Traitor, which is the only way they take the whole fund rather than none of it.

Reaching the end is not the same as winning. Maura Higgins was still seated at the final table in Season 4 and left with nothing, because a Traitor was seated beside her.

Season 3 started with three Traitors and ended with the last two banished back to back at the final Round Table.

Three players have left without being banished or murdered. All three withdrew, and all three did it in the first two seasons.

Season 1 is the short one. It ran 11 episodes, and every season since has run 12.

The castle has been getting busier. Season 1 brought 20 players through the door, and by Season 4 it was 23.

Parvati Shallow was recruited on the opening night of Season 2, before a single murder had happened. Every other recruit in the show's history was turned mid game.
